A hand-blown glass vase in the shape of a female head, featuring hand-painted lips with a subtle hint of a smile. The motif of a vase shaped as a head is not new in the world of design and art; it appears in many iconic forms throughout history. After years of closely studying historical vases, the artist observed that many of them, through both their form and expression, resemble a female head. This perception was materialized in the object titled Paní Váza. The piece exists on the boundary between design and fine art. It is intended to express joy and self-confidence for everyday life. The artist draws inspiration from Pop Art as well as from the work of Ladislav Sutnar and David Lynch. Paní Váza thus represents an object situated between functional design and autonomous artistic expression.
