Information on the Processing of Personal Data by Kodl Contemporary, s.r.o.

This document provides you with information on how we process your personal data and what your related rights are, in the event that you:

2.1 It is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you, or for taking steps prior to entering into such a contract.

This applies in particular when you express interest in purchasing an artwork via the Website, or if you are our supplier or business partner.

2.2 It is necessary for the purposes of our Company’s legitimate interests.

Our legitimate interests include informing you about our activities and current offers via our email newsletter and presenting our work to the public.
Our legitimate interest also includes responding to your questions, suggestions, or comments.

 

2.3 It is necessary for complying with our legal obligations.

We process your personal data for bookkeeping and in other cases required by law.

2.4 Based on your consent, if you choose to provide it, for specific purposes.

We process your personal data based on consent especially when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us through the Website.

We process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship or for as long as we have your consent. Afterwards, we retain only those data necessary to exercise legal claims, fulfil legal obligations, pursue our legitimate interests, or where retention is required by law.
